At omg_AS Rummy's going to apprentice under Jefferson Twilight. Which is awesome in that Sam L squared way. In a fit of insanity I've also discovered that I can draw Jefferson Twilight more easily than I thought I could.

Anyway, here are the stages of this from sketch to colored, if you want to see it.

I love the dual light sources (yellow on the left and blue on the right). And man I need to practice more on drawing foldings in clothes, because you're so damn good at it and I'm so jealous~ :heart:

I've gotten a lot better at it over time, mostly by looking up references or looking at how my own clothes lay on me. But if you want a quick reference about how fabric should fall when people are moving this is the best reference book ever.

I tried so hard to draw the full eye shape and then just went "Fuck this shit. I'm just doin' pupils!" I recommend "Bloodletting" by Concrete Blonde.
