Part one of a five picture commission for *holkimcardie1. Yes... yes it's Nathan Explosion in traditional Scottish dress with a claymore DON'T QUESTION IT! I'll be drawing each member of Dethklok with a character appropriate sword. The claymore was used up until the end of the 1600s, just as the tartan plaid and kilts came into use. BG ref I got from a tourist site.


AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH HHHHH! I've been working on this a total of twenty hours.

Four more to go.

and if anyone questions, Nathan *could* have Scots blood!!!! I knew a guy that had Scots and Native American blood in him, among others.

Seriously, when they are all done, I'm throwing more money at you. Think of it as a tip. If I tip my waitress (and my mother raised my bro & me working as a waitress), then I should tip my artist for excellent work, Thunder.

Also, when you are done all five of the boys, I would like your permission to post these to two places. On Live Journal Sausage Festival community (I'm tod_hollykim over there. The "tod" stands for "tongue of doom".) and the MordHaus Dethklok forum.

MordHaus is something some of us Unofficial Dethklok Roadies from the Adult Swim boards came up with.

Well, the only thing Thunder has told me so far is that Pickles will be a samuari with a katana.
Nothing on the rest of the guys.

Gots me bouncing around! /wanders off chanting 'be metal, metal, bouncing is not metal'/

Ah, so this is the castle you were telling me about. o_o I don't think I have enough 'oooooooohs' for this one, either.

The long amount of time you put into it really shows. So detailed and mmmmm blood. Bloods makes me happy.
