Okay, lots of people have left comments about Murderfaces's hair, and the reason I drew it the way I did is that I believe the character designers for the show were doing a simplified version of Black Sabbath's guitarist Tony Iommi's hairstyle. I wasn't in the creators heads and can't be positive, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't a random fro. So if this information helps any other artists I'm glad to pass it on.
And if by chance you've never listened to Black Sabbath (shock of shocks, numerous people haven't), I highly recomend the original NIB (though the Primus remake was okay too), War Pigs, Paranoid, and Iron Man.
